Zimplit is available under two different licenses:
Open Source community edition and Commercial edition.

Community edition - Open Source License

Zimplit is open source software licensed under GNU Affero General Public license version 3 (AGPL v3) with the additional restriction that no other brands, trade names, trademarks or service marks may be used for derivative products as specified in AGPL v3 section 7(e).

All names, links and logos of Zimplit must be kept as in original distribution without any changes in all software screens, specially in start-up page and the software header, even if the application source code has been changed or updated or code has been added.

The AGPL v3 license permits you to use, modify and redistribute the Zimplit software under certain conditions. Such use and/or redistribution of Zimplit software products are permitted by Zimplit, but it is separate from the use of the Zimplit trademarks. Zimplit strictly enforces our trademark rights in order to keep them valid. While you have considerable freedom to redistribute and modify our software, there are tight restrictions on your ability to modify, change or remove the Zimplit name and logos from our software.

Commercial edition - Commercial License

The Commercial license will allow you to remove the restrictions of Open Source license, including restrictions on the trademarks.

Under the Commercial license the Zimplit software is fully rebrandable. This means that the entire Zimplit CMS interface can be modified to suit your own branding and our name is never mentioned. Please read more on our Commercial license page.
